How it works
Roastify has a product design process that uses a single design image that is used for both the product mockup generator and printing the product itself. This design image is based on a template dieline that is used to aid in the creation of the design image.

In order to maintain the requirements for the design image, we have curated dieline templates for popular design tools. You can download the template for your design tool of choice below. Please keep in mind that transferring these templates to other design tools may result in the loss of the template’s functionality. For example, many tools, including Figma, do not export at 300 dpi… it is recommended to use Photoshop or Illustrator if you have access to them.
We highly recommended exporting in JPG format. PNGs can be supported in rare cases, but they are not recommended due to their large file size. The increased file size typically does not result in a noticeable increase in quality.
Image Requirements
- Resolution: 3900 x 5700 pixels. This must be an exact match.
- DPI: 300
- File format: JPG / JPEG
- File size: 10MB or less
FDA Requirements
In addition to the Image Requirements, the FDA has a few requirements for the design image. These requirements are listed below. Any design image that does not meet these requirements will be rejected.
- Must have weight of product as “12oz (340g)”
- Must have “100% Roasted Coffee” listed on the front.
- Must have words “Manufactured for: YOUR LEGAL BRAND”
- Must have a legal address for your business.
