Browse the Coffee Catalog

Learn how to explore Roastify's coffee catalog, filter by roast level, and find the perfect coffee for your product

Before creating your coffee product, you'll want to browse our catalog to find the right beans. Our catalog includes a variety of roasts, origins, and flavor profiles to suit different customer preferences.

Understanding the Catalog

The Catalog page shows all available coffee options you can use for your products. Each coffee entry includes:

  • Coffee Name - The brand or blend name for identification
  • Roast Level Indicator - Visual badge showing Light, Medium, Dark, Single Origin, or Seasonal
  • Flavor Profile - Tasting notes like fruity, chocolatey, nutty, or floral
  • Price Per Unit - The cost per bag or box at wholesale pricing

Coffee Types

We organize our coffee catalog by several categories:

By Product Format

Different coffees are available for different product formats:

  • 12oz Bags - Our most popular format. Individual bags of coffee, typically sold in boxes of 2-3.
  • Boxes - Pre-packaged boxes containing multiple bags. Great for gift sets.
  • Coffee Pods - Keurig-compatible single-serve pods. Available on Pro plans only.
  • Instant Coffee - Premium instant coffee packets or jars. Pro plan exclusive.

Not all coffees are available in all formats. The catalog will only show coffees compatible with your selected product type.

By Roast Level

Use the roast level filter to narrow down options:

Roast LevelCharacteristicsBest For
LightBright, acidic, highlights origin flavorsCustomers who appreciate nuance and complexity
MediumBalanced, smooth, crowd-pleasingBroad appeal, versatile brewing
DarkBold, rich, lower acidityEspresso, strong black coffee

By Plan Type

Some coffees are only available on certain plans:

  • Base Plan Coffees - All coffees shown to Base members are available for product creation.
  • Pro Plan Coffees - Pro members see additional premium coffees marked with a Pro badge.

If you're on the Base plan, Pro-exclusive coffees will show a lock icon and cannot be selected for product creation. Upgrade to Pro to access these coffees.
