Create and save a product
Choose a coffee, design the package, and find the saved product in your account.
Sign in to the Merchant App to save a product in your account. For a one-time order delivered to you, you can also use guest checkout.
1. Choose the coffee and format
Open Catalog, review the intended coffee and package, and choose Start Designing. Select the actual coffee you want to sell; artwork with a different coffee name does not change what is inside the package.
2. Make the design yours
Choose a template or start blank. Replace the example brand, product name, and copy. Add your logo and review all panels. Keep important text away from folds and cut edges, and keep the product's required information visible.

3. Check the assembled package
Rotate and expand the 3D preview. Check the front, back, sides, and flap for cropped text, blank panels, or the wrong orientation. Use the packaging checklist before saving.
4. Save the product
Choose Create Product, enter the Product name, then confirm Create Product. Wait for the save to finish and find the result in My Products. When editing an existing product, use Save.
If saving fails, read the error and check My Products for an existing result before trying again. Send support the product format, failed step, and error text if it persists.
What happens next?
A saved product is ready to order or assign to a store. Saving alone does not place an order or publish a listing.
