You can purchase coffee without an account or paid plan. Base and Pro are optional memberships for people building a brand who want member product pricing and connected selling features.
Purchase Without a Membership
Guest or Free Account
$0/month — Design and purchase a custom 12oz box for $18, use guest case discounts for bulk quantities, and create a free account after checkout to save designs and reorder.
No Minimum Order
Order one custom box or thousands. Guest wholesale selection uses 48-box cases, while individual ordering has no case requirement.
Creating a free account does not start a membership. Without Base or Pro, future orders continue to use non-member pricing.
Membership Tiers
Base
$15/month — $12 member price for a standard 12oz box, member dropship pricing, the core 12oz coffee catalog, Shopify integration, up to 50 saved unique product designs, Developer API access, and 3–4 business-day fulfillment.
Pro
$49/month — Everything in Base, the full product catalog, up to 350 saved unique product designs, 2-business-day priority fulfillment, and Roastify Stores.

Fulfillment is the time between Roastify receiving the order and the order being ready for carrier pickup. It does not include shipping transit. USPS Ground Advantage transit is typically another 3–4 days.
Catalog Access
Base
Base includes the core 12oz coffee catalog. It does not include single serve pods, instant products, or some additional coffees.
Pro
Pro unlocks the full catalog, including:
- Single serve pods
- Instant coffee and functional mushroom instant tubes
- Matcha tubes
- Mushroom coffee
- Additional coffees marked as requiring Pro
The Merchant App identifies products and coffees that require Pro.
Product and Shipping Pricing
Guest and Free-Account Orders
- One-off custom 12oz box: $18
- Guest bulk orders: case pricing shown in the coffee selector and cart
- Shipping: calculated during checkout

Member Orders
- Standard 12oz coffee box: $12
- Domestic dropship shipping: $4.50 for the first item + $1.25 for each additional item in the order
- Member wholesale shipping: calculated for the order size and destination and shown before payment

These are production targets, not delivery estimates.
Annual Billing
Annual memberships are available from the Plans page:
- Base: $150/year, equivalent to $12.50/month
- Pro: $500/year, equivalent to about $41.66/month
When Pro Is the Better Fit
Choose Pro when you need any of the following:
- The full product and coffee catalog
- Single serve pods or instant products
- More than 50 saved unique product designs, up to the Pro limit of 350
- Priority 2-business-day fulfillment
- A Roastify Store
Upgrade or Downgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Before downgrading from Pro to Base, reduce the account to 50 or fewer saved unique product designs. Pro-only catalog products and Roastify Stores are not available on Base. Developer API access remains available on either paid plan.
Product limits count the unique product designs saved in your account. They do not mean Roastify offers 50 or 350 different catalog products or coffees to choose from.
Cancel a Membership
Cancel from Settings > Plans. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account remains free: saved designs and order history stay available, but future purchases use non-member pricing until you join Base or Pro again.
