Product Limits Explained
What Counts as a Product?
A "product" in Roastify is:
- A unique combination of coffee type + packaging design
- Published and visible in your catalog
- Available for wholesale ordering or sales channel sync
What Happens at the Limit?
When you reach your product limit:
- You'll see a warning banner on the Products page
- You won't be able to create new published products
- Upgrade to a higher plan to publish more products

Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping:
- First item: $4.50
- Each additional item: $1.25
Example: An order with 3 items costs $7.00 in shipping ($4.50 + $1.25 + $1.25)
International shipping is currently only available for wholesale, bulk, or sample orders. Contact support@roastify.app to coordinate international shipments.
When to Upgrade
Signs You Need Pro Plan
- More Than 50 Products - You have or want more than 50 products
- Fast Fulfillment - 2-day shipping is important for your business
- Want Hosted Store - You want your own branded online store
- Premium Coffees - Access to Pro-exclusive coffee catalog
- Multiple Shopify Stores - You need more than 1 store connection
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Plans
Review the available plans (Base and Pro)
Click Upgrade on your desired plan
Enter payment information if needed
Click Confirm Upgrade
When you upgrade:
- You're charged immediately for the prorated difference
- Your new features are available instantly
- Your billing date stays the same
What Happens When You Upgrade

Downgrading Your Plan
Before downgrading from Pro to Base:
- Ensure you have 50 or fewer published products
- You'll lose access to Pro-exclusive coffees
- Hosted store becomes unavailable
- Extra Shopify store connections will be disabled

Click Downgrade to Base
Confirm the downgrade
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your products and data are saved for 90 days after cancellation. After that, they may be deleted.
