Transactions

If you've made previous purchases with Roastify prior to creating an account, they may not appear in the Transactions table. If you have any questions about your transactions, please contact us at [email protected].

All transactions associated with your Roastify account can be viewed in the Roastify app. There are two main types of Transactions that you may see in your account:

  1. Charges: These are charges for the services that Roastify provides. These include things such as fulfillment fees for dropshipped orders, subscription fees for Pro Members, or past purchases for Wholesale products.
  2. Balance: These are balance adjustments that are credited or debited from your Wallet. For example, if you add funds to your wallet, you will see a balance charge for the amount you added.

To view your transactions, navigate to the Billing section in the Roastify app by following these steps:

Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

Click on Billing in the tab list. The transactions associated with your account will be displayed here. The list of transactions is a summmary of the last 100 charges and last 100 balances on your account. If you need a more detailed list of transactions, please contact us at [email protected]

Manage Payment Methods

A payment method is required for Shopify dropshipping and API orders. If you do not have a payment method set up, your orders will not be processed. If you are curious about our pricing, you can learn more on our pricing page.

Roastify does not store any payment information. All payment information is stored securely with our payment processor, Stripe. To add or update your payment method, follow these steps:

Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

Click on the Billing tab in the tab list. If you have not set up a payment method with Roastify, you will see a button that says Add Credit Card. If you need to update your payment method, click the Update Card button.

A new window will open from our payment processor, Stripe, where you can add or update your payment method. It is recommended to maintain a single payment method to avoid being charged incorrectly. It is also good practice to set your payment method to the default payment method with the Make default button.

Wallet

The wallet feature is a new feature that allows you to add funds to your Roastify account. This provides a more convenient way to pay fulfillment fees for dropshipped orders. Roastify charges at the moment of fulfillment for each individual order. For users that have a high order volume, the wallet allows you to carry a balance ensuring no complications from multiple small charges hitting your credit card.

To add funds to your wallet, follow these steps:

Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.

Click on the Billing tab in the tab list and find the Wallet section.

When you add funds to your wallet, you will see both a Charge and a Balance transaction in the Transactions table. The Charge transaction will be for the amount charged to your payment method, and the Balance transaction will be for the amount credited to your wallet. The Balance transaction will be displayed as a negative number, as it is a credit to your account.
