How Billing Works
Roastify uses two types of charges:
- Subscription Fees - Monthly or annual charge for your plan (Base or Pro)
- Order Charges - Per-order fees charged when orders are fulfilled
Order Charges
When a dropship order is placed (from Shopify, hosted store, or API):
- Product cost + shipping is charged to your payment method on file
- If you have wallet balance, that's used first
- Charges appear in your transaction history
A valid payment method is required for Shopify dropshipping and API orders. Without one, orders cannot be processed.
