Billing and subscriptions
Understand your plan, fulfillment charges, and customer payments.
Roastify billing can include different kinds of charges:
| Charge | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Base or Pro access |
| Product and fulfillment | Coffee, packaging, and shipping for an order |
| Wallet funding | Money added to your Roastify wallet |
| Optional service | A separately agreed service, such as packaging design |
The payment your customer makes to Shopify or your Store's Stripe account is separate from your Roastify costs.
For a charge you do not recognize, send support the date, amount, account email, and relevant order or invoice reference. Never email full card details.
