A free account has no monthly fee. It saves designs and order history, but orders continue to use non-member pricing unless the account joins Base or Pro.
How Charges Work
Roastify charges can include:
- Membership fee — Monthly or annual Base or Pro billing
- Product cost — The member or non-member price for each item
- Shipping — Based on the order type; shown before payment
- Optional services — Professional design or store services purchased separately
Domestic member dropship shipping is $4.50 for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item in the same order. Guest and wholesale shipping is calculated separately during checkout.
Payment Methods for Automatic Fulfillment
A valid payment method is required before Shopify, Roastify Store, or API orders can be fulfilled automatically. Guest and manual checkout collect payment as part of that purchase.
