Understanding Order Types
Roastify handles several types of orders depending on how you sell:

Dropship vs Wholesale
Dropship Orders are created automatically when customers buy from your Shopify store, hosted store, or via API. Roastify fulfills these directly to your customers - you never touch the product.
Wholesale Orders are placed by you directly in the Merchant App. You pay wholesale pricing and products ship to your address. Great for:
- Local sales (farmers markets, pop-ups)
- Building inventory
- Product photography
- Sampling before selling

Fulfillment Times

Fulfillment time runs from order receipt until the order is ready for carrier pickup. It does not include shipping transit. USPS Ground Advantage typically adds another 3–4 days.
