Learn when you need a Roastify account, how to save a guest design, and how free accounts differ from memberships
You do not need an account to design and purchase a custom 12oz coffee box. Create one when you want to save designs and orders, or when you are ready to use Roastify's member business features.

Create an Account After Guest Checkout
This is the easiest way to save a guest design:
The account is free. Reorders use non-member pricing unless you later join Base or Pro.
Create an Account Before Ordering
You can also open merchant.roastify.app and select Sign Up. Follow the available sign-up and verification options shown on screen.
Account creation does not require you to start a monthly membership. Base and Pro are separate, optional subscriptions.
Sign In and Verification
Use the same email or connected sign-in method that you used when creating the account. If a verification message does not arrive:
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and trash folders
- Confirm that the email address is typed correctly
- Request a new verification message
- Email support@roastify.app if you still cannot access the account
