Get ready to sell

Work through these checks before accepting customer orders.

1. Choose the coffee. Read the coffee reference, then order samples if you want to taste it first.
2. Review the packaging. Replace all template copy and inspect every panel in 3D.
3. Save the product. Confirm the correct coffee, format, and design appear in My Products.
4. Connect your sales channel. Set up Shopify or a Roastify Store.
5. Check prices and payments. Your customer payment and Roastify's product and shipping charges are separate. Include all costs when setting your retail price.
6. Check customer checkout. Review one-item, multi-item, and any mixed-product carts, shipping destinations, and mobile layout. You can inspect checkout without submitting payment.
7. Verify the first order. Find it in Roastify Orders and check the products, address, payment, and fulfillment status.

Submitting a paid order can trigger real production. If an order is missing, check the connection and fulfillment request before submitting a replacement.
