Manage Shopify variants
Keep product options connected to the correct Roastify items.
Each synced variant identifies a particular Roastify product option. Keep its Roastify-generated SKU unchanged so fulfillment can identify the correct item.
Review your listing
Check the available options, retail prices, publication settings, and Roastify fulfillment assignment. Do not invent SKUs, copy them to unrelated variants, or use a new bundle SKU in place of its component products.
If you only want to sell certain options, review the storefront controls for those variants and record their existing settings before removing anything. Check the customer-facing product after saving.
An option says Sold out
First confirm the exact coffee and variant are currently offered. Then review the product's publication, inventory-tracking settings, fulfillment location, and shipping profile.
Roastify's made-to-order setup is different from tracking stock you hold yourself. Do not enter invented quantities to hide an availability problem. Shopify explains when inventory tracking is appropriate.
If the settings look correct, send support the product URL, affected variants, and screenshots. Avoid deleting products or repeatedly changing fulfillment locations as a general fix, especially with open orders.
