Integrations are managed at the user level—you can connect multiple integrations, and all products and orders are associated directly with your Roastify account.

All products and orders belong to your root Roastify account, not to a specific store (e.g. Shopify or wholesale). Integrations are simply connections to external platforms.

How Integrations Work
When you connect an integration like Shopify:
- Products Sync - Push your Roastify products to your external store
- Orders Auto-Import - Customer orders are automatically sent to Roastify
- Fulfillment - We print, pack, and ship directly to your customers
- Tracking Updates - Shipping info is sent back to your store and customers
How to Connect an Integration
The link will take you to the installation page for the specific integration. Please follow the prompts to authorize Roastify to connect to your external account.
Once connected, you can push products, sync orders, and manage your integration from the dashboard.
