Publish a saved Roastify product to a connected Shopify store

Base and Pro members can publish saved Roastify product designs to a connected Shopify store. Roastify creates the Shopify listing and uses its Roastify SKUs to identify future order lines for fulfillment.

This is product publishing—not inventory syncing. Roastify products are made to order, and Roastify does not update Shopify stock quantities.

Before You Start

  • Connect Shopify from Integrations.
  • Add a valid payment method under Settings > Billing.
  • Create and save the product design in Roastify.

See Shopify Setup if the store is not connected yet.

Add a Product

Find the saved design you want to sell and open its actions menu.

The dialog shows eligible Shopify and Roastify Store connections. A product already connected to a channel is identified in the same dialog.

Choose the connected Shopify store where you want to create the listing.

Enter the profit amount. Roastify displays the current product cost, your profit, and the resulting customer-facing retail price.

Confirm the action. Roastify creates the product and its supported variants in Shopify.

Open Shopify Admin, review the title, description, images, variants, price, shipping settings, and sales channels, then make the product active when it is ready.

Roastify creates Shopify products as drafts so you can review the customer-facing listing before publishing it.

Keep Roastify SKUs Intact

Each Shopify variant created by Roastify has a SKU that identifies the corresponding product and option. Do not replace those SKUs. See Manage Shopify Variants for safe edits and troubleshooting.

Remove a Shopify Listing

  1. Open the saved design in My Products.
  2. Select Manage Integrations.
  3. Find the connected Shopify store.
  4. Choose Remove from Shopify and confirm.

Remove from Shopify

Removes the Shopify listing while keeping the saved design in your Roastify account.

Delete from Roastify

Permanently deletes the saved Roastify product and removes its connected listing. Confirm this only when you no longer need the design.

What Happens When a Customer Orders

  1. Shopify sends the paid order and its line-item SKUs to Roastify.
  2. Roastify validates the connected product and payment method.
  3. Roastify produces and ships the order.
  4. Tracking is sent back to Shopify after shipment.

Stock quantities are controlled in Shopify. Roastify does not synchronize inventory counts.
