Subscription Info
Base and Pro Memberships renew automatically (monthly or annually). Note that we cannot offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Navigate to the “Settings” tab in the top navigation

Select “Plans” to view and manage your subscription

Transaction History
Pre-account purchases may not appear in your transaction history. Contact [email protected] for historical transaction inquiries.
Charges
Service fees including:
- Dropshipping fulfillment
- Base or Pro Membership fees
- Wholesale purchases
Balance
Wallet adjustments including:
- Added funds
- Order payments
- Credits/Debits

Select “Billing” to view your last 100 transactions

Payment Methods
A valid payment method is required for Shopify dropshipping and API orders. Without one, orders cannot be processed.
Roastify uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store payment information directly.

Wallet System
About Wallets
Our wallet feature allows you to maintain a balance for convenient order fulfillment, especially useful for high-volume sellers.

Open “Settings” in the navigation

Go to “Billing” and locate the Wallet section

Click “Add Funds” and enter desired amount

When adding funds, you’ll see two transactions:

- A Charge (amount billed to your payment method)
- A Balance (credit added to your wallet, shown as negative)
