Compare guest case purchasing with member wholesale orders and place the right order for your needs
Roastify supports both guest bulk purchases and wholesale orders from paid member accounts. They use different pricing and ordering controls.
Guest Bulk Purchase
No account or plan. Design a 12oz box, turn on Wholesale cases, and choose a 48-box case tier at guest pricing.
Member Wholesale Order
Base and Pro members order saved products from the Merchant App using member pricing. Custom box packaging has no minimum quantity.
No Minimum Order Quantity
Custom 12oz box packaging can be ordered from one unit to thousands.
- Guests can order individual boxes in any quantity with the wholesale switch off.
- The guest Wholesale cases selector starts at one 48-box case.
- Paid members can place a wholesale order for as few as one saved custom box.
Bag-style packaging is different: custom stand-up bags require a qualifying order of 1,000 units or more. Standard dropship orders use custom printed boxes.

Each guest wholesale case contains 48 boxes. The discount is based on the combined box quantity in the cart.

For more than 40 cases, email support@roastify.app with the quantity, destination, and needed date.
Creating a free account after guest checkout saves your designs and order history but does not change the order to member pricing.
Member Wholesale Orders
Base ($15/month) and Pro ($49/month) members receive member product pricing. A standard 12oz coffee box is $12 for members.
Browse your published products. Base can order from its core 12oz catalog; Pro can order from the full catalog.
Choose the available grind or format and enter the quantity. Standard 12oz coffee supports Whole Bean and Ground.
A member wholesale order can ship to your business, an event, a retailer, a customer, or another supplied address.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping transit is additional. USPS Ground Advantage is typically another 3–4 days for standard domestic orders. Larger shipments may use UPS, FedEx, LTL, or freight based on the size and destination.
Shipping charges are shown before payment. International bulk and wholesale shipping is available case by case; email support with the country, postal code, and quantity for a quote.
5lb Bulk Bags
Unbranded 5lb bags are available for coffees in the catalog and are handled case by case. Email support with the coffee, quantity, and destination. Custom branding is not available on 5lb bags.
Track or Change an Order
After checkout, signed-in orders appear under Orders. Guest customers can create the free account offered after checkout to save the order and its designs.
An address, variant, or cancellation can only be changed before printing or production begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.
