Import your own artwork

A logo and a complete packaging layout use different import routes. Open the intended product before preparing your file.

Add a logo or photo

Use the Designer's image or photo tools for individual images. In the current signed-in Designer, image uploads support JPG, PNG, and WEBP. Keep text as editable text where practical so later wording changes do not require replacing a full image.

Import a finished packaging layout

The current signed-in Designer's Import your own design option accepts a full-sheet PNG or JPG up to 25 MB. Its pixel dimensions must exactly match the selected package's sheet. The Designer shows the required dimensions if the file does not match.

1. Use the template for the exact product and format. The dieline guide links to the template library.
2. Preserve the sheet dimensions, panel positions, folds, and cut boundaries in your working file.
3. Keep guide markings separate from printable artwork.
4. Export a PNG or JPG, then import it into the matching product. A flattened image does not become individually editable text and shapes.
5. Review every panel in 3D before saving.

This full-layout import is a signed-in feature. Guest design controls can differ.

File rejected or layout misaligned?

Check the file type, size, dimensions, and selected package. Renaming an extension does not convert a file. A 12oz carton layout should not be stretched onto a different package.

Keep the editable Illustrator, Photoshop, or other original file yourself; upload an exported copy in a supported format. For help, send support the product format, file dimensions, import-control name, and exact error.
