Prepare artwork from a dieline
Use the correct package template and check your image before submitting an API order.
A dieline maps the package's panels, folds, and cut edges. Choose the exact product and format before preparing a print image.
Download the correct template
Open Roastify's dieline library and choose the matching product-specific file. The library includes resources for common design tools; a file in the library is not necessarily a supported upload format.
- Save a working copy of the template.
- Preserve its dimensions, panel positions, and orientation.
- Keep important text inside the safe areas and guide markings out of printable artwork.
- Export an image that matches the package sheet.
- Inspect the design in the 3D preview.
If the template does not clearly match your product, confirm the format before resizing artwork to fit.
API artwork requirements
Each order item's artworkUrl must use HTTPS and resolve to a JPG/JPEG or PNG image. Roastify does not resize or repair the artwork submitted through that URL.
For the 12oz box template, prepare a 3900 × 5700 pixel image at the template's intended 300 DPI. Other products require their own dimensions. An assembled-package mockup cannot replace the flat print image.
The URL validation does not establish correct panel placement, print quality, or label compliance. Keep the correct product information visible and confirm required copy for the exact product before printing.
